This is a crowd of all the voices and cognate software that i have put simultaneously. (OVER 90 voices!) I am fairly existing that getting this package will re~ most if not all of your topic to speech needs. it has SEVERAL packages in different languages (see list below). There are readme files in both directory so you know how to install what you need. After installing, totality voices should work in any TTS program you chose. I take in TextAloud 2.303 and NaturalReader 9.5 to such a degree you can use all the installed voices.
